Broken Mind
“They called it damaged. I called it bent like light.”
They saidmy mindwas broken.
I lookedfor the fracturebut found none.
I searched for cracks in the glass, for loose wires in the circuitry, for missing pages in the manuscript.
Nothing.
Only voice where silence should be,and light where shadows were expected.
I kepthearing questionshidden inside answers,
and findingpathwaysinside conclusions.
They called it fractured.I called it weathering.
They called it damaged.I called it bent like light.
